Your Chef will share his knowledge of local products, traditions and culinary techniques, helping you select the finest seasonal ingredients for the experience ahead.

ACT II — HEARING & TOUCH

Create your own Bolognese masterpiece

Following your market experience, you will continue to an exclusive private setting in the heart of Bologna, where your Chef will reveal the secrets behind some of the region’s most iconic recipes.

Wearing your apron, you will take part in a private hands-on cooking class, learning how to work with the fresh ingredients selected during the morning.

Under the guidance of your Chef, you will prepare authentic Bolognese dishes while discovering the techniques, stories and traditions passed down through generations.

This is where Hearing and Touch become part of your culinary journey.

ACT III — TASTE

Savour the fruits of your journey

The experience culminates around the table, where you will enjoy the dishes you have created during the cooking class.

A carefully curated selection of local wines accompanies the meal, chosen to enhance the flavours of your creations and complete the sensory journey.

The final act is dedicated to Taste — a moment to slow down, savour, and celebrate the culinary traditions you have discovered and experienced first-hand.
