Immerse yourself in the Italian culture and lifestyle and learn how to cook authentic Italian recipes in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Our cooking classes are offered in an authentic farmhouse in the Bologna countryside. Our pluri-awarded native Italian chef will guide you through the preparation of simple but delicious Italian recipes and share his culinary secrets with you!

Program
The chef will welcome you at the farmhouse and introduce you to the art of sfoglia – pasta making. With skill and patience and a magic touch she will teach you the secrets of making and rolling out the pasta. As a kind of magic tortellini, tortelloni and tagliatelle will appear!
You will be provided with a pasta board, a rolling pin and fresh ingredients and will try yourselves what you’ve been shown! You will prepare the pastas and related sauces including the delicious ragout – the Bolognese sauce!
Mamma mia che fame! And finally it’s time to have lunch! A yummy meal based on the freshly made pasta made during the class will be served accompanied by local wine, in the relaxing atmosphere of the farmhouse. Buon appetito!
