Join our fantastic English-speaking host Cristina for an in-depth visit to the Lamborghini Museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese, a pasta-making class, and a tour of a balsamic vinegar estate.
Born in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Cristina was working at Bugatti when she had the great opportunity to meet Ferruccio Lamborghini in person. Later she started her carrear at Lamborghini where she had a role at the press office and became curator of the Lamborghini Center of Excellence.
Not only she is the author of several books about Lamborghini, but she also has a deep knowledge of the territory and its food products and she is an excellent sfoglina – pasta lady!

Program
You will be picked up by an English speaking driver at your hotel or apartment in Bologna and you will get to Sant’Agata Bolognese, hometown of the Lamborghini factory. Your host, Cristina will take you for an unforgettable tour of the Lamborghini Museum and transmit you her passion for the models that have made the history, like the 350GT and the Miura, the race cars and the Formula 1 cars, a real journey through the major stages of technological evolution, the 4WD, aluminum, carbon fiber and the hybrid.
Cristina will then welcome you in a private residence for a Bolognese hand made pasta class. She will teach you how to make pasta following her family tradition.
You will be surprised by the evocative settings which combine taste and engines… You will create pasta to the sound of “Motori all’Opera” (engines at the opera) and enjoy tasting it. It will be a unique, elegant and delicious experience! At the end of the class you will enjoy the delicious food you have prepared of course accompanied by Italian wine!
In the afternoon you will visit a family-run estate to discover another Italian excellence: traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. The day will conclude with a fabulous balsamic vinegar tasting.
Your driver will then take you back to your hotel or apartment in Bologna.
